Just FYI, I'm not failing nor I failed the quest, I simply found it rather annoying at first (frustrating ≠ unbeatable), pretty much like all the previous quests.

On the positive side, some decent narration at last, and the story is finally picking up pace.

Too bad that first part is so annoyingly boring.
Completed only on a single char in nm, and didn't even finished hm. And not for difficulty, just for boredom...
That's kinda a shame. Cause new looks waaay better so far.

I actually intend not to start Part II yet. I'm currently working on my Mesmer with completing missions in Hard Mode and some assorted dungeons as well.

However, I'll simply ask this: Is it vastly different from Part I, or has it been just another ride on the carousel of craziness?

Well, first quest leaves a kinda WTF impression. You're there listening a dialogue, then suddendly start fighting.
After first 10 mobs dead, appears on quest list: "Escape from Minister of purity" and then see like 40 of them clumping on stairs where you'd like to pass trying to get you.
Using interesting build too (double elites-maybe 3 profs-sinergyes.....got a spirit rift followed by 3 invokes). Seems like they're slighlty bugged tho (they keep running around for 30 secs before actually try to kill ya) and some can be avoided.

But seems way better than part 1 anyway so far. At least isn't a "Go there, kill every Afflicted you can see, get reward".

I just finished watching the Jade and Am Fah become buddies in the Bazaar and the Guardsman didn't give me any more quests after that. Is that all we got? 6 quests?

Should be 11 quests. See Miku again in Shenzun Tunnels.

Also, the late quests give lockpicks and shiny stones for destro weapons and vabbian armor :3

e: nvm, didn't count them, but yeah, finished em all.
Much better than the first WoC part in terms of gameplay and plot. I didn't like all the necessary running, especially later, going all the time to the Angchu Village for rewards, but that's the only flaw.

You get a decent amount of cash like 18k 8 lockpicks and commendations and the new imperial requestion which will probaby be for a new weapon. Thing is though it ends kinda stupiedly. The other thing that irks me is when miku shows up our characters decide THIS IS WRONG MUST FIGHT STOMP STOMP (Bring Kieran and Gwen you will get a extra scene).

War In Kryta Cool I understand mantle evil tried to kill me. Ministry do wrong we must FIGHT THEM NOW.

But overall Yes it nice to get some new content took about 2 hours to do it all.
So its not to trouble some

loving some quests hating others. love the new green drop i got xD its rather cool. might sell it later havent decided yet. xD

edit: got a second green drop called people's will and its a fan wand other drop was a staff called faith will add screenies soon as i can

So you find them annoying, how is that that Anet's fault? I didn't find them annoying at all, and rather enjoyable
